AccMonitor LogoAccMonitor Supports Multiple Reporting Modes: for a complete overview of accessibility and overall site quality and usability reports available via AccMonitor please visit the overview. Test Suite/Support Overview

AccMonitor Reports include the exact locations of Web site elements to allow for corrective action, and alerts you to elements that can only be verified by looking at a Web document. Reports have complete template support, and are generated in both HTML and text format. Dynamic reporting includes Detail and Checklist Reports for each Web file and Summary Reports for batch verifications. In addition, checkpoint descriptions and qualifier rules can be edited for reports.

Detail Reports
The Detail Report, the most comprehensive analysis of a Web document, is generated for each file verified. The Detail Report provides you with the pass/fail status of each standard being tested and the locations of Web elements in the document.

Checklist Reports
The Checklist Report indicates the pass/fail status of each standard, and is generated in HTML format for each Web content verified.

The Summary Report
The Summary Report divides all Web files verified into two categories: passed and failed.  If you are only concerned with Web documents that fail to meet standards, this report is helpful.  The Summary Report is generated when you verify more than one Web file. The Summary Report, an HTML file, contains links to the original files that passed or failed so that you can view any file in your browser. In addition, the Summary Report contains links to the Detail and Checklist Reports for every file verified.

AccMonitor™ Reports and Automatic Distribution
AccMonitor sends “email alerts” to any number of people and generates reports on the local system or network. Reports are ready for distribution, including the “Web Ready” report that provides URL links to the files monitored and the corresponding reports so that anyone with a Web browser can view them.
