Clemson University Chooses HiSoftware for Accessibility Compliance

Nashua, NH – July 11, 2006 – HiSoftware, a leading provider of software, services and managed operation solutions that monitor and optimize Web content, quality and regulatory compliance, today announced that Clemson University has chosen to implement HiSoftware’s AccVerify®, AccRepair® and Hi-Caption™ Studio for the creation and management of Web Accessibility standards across their Web site www.clemson.edu. Clemson is one of the top universities in the US with more than 17,000 students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

Clemson’s university-wide Accessibility project is aimed at addressing Section 508 Accessibility guidelines for Web site content mandated by the state of South Carolina. The university allows everyone on campus to have their own Web space so finding an Accessibility solution that not only allows content developers to find - but also fix - accessibility issues was important.
