First Quarter
Success

surpassed revenue projections and
increased its first quarter 2003
revenues by over 100 percent from the
previous year. Highlighted by a series
of significant enterprise customer wins,
partnerships, educational programs,
product releases, and expanded
professional services, the first quarter
of 2003 has been recorded as the most
successful since the company was founded
in 1998.
In the
first quarter of 2003, HiSoftware
Company added over 20 new enterprise
customers and over 500 new users of
HiSoftware’s desktop solutions.
Enterprise customers included Department
of the Navy-NAVAIR, Department of
Veterans Affairs-EES, State of New York,
Mercury Interactive, and Commerce One.
The company's enterprise success is
punctuated by the continued expansion of
its worldwide customer base including a
growing presence across International
government, corporate and educational
markets. HiSoftware's customer wins
coupled with new product releases and
expansion of its educational programs
announced earlier in the year,
contributed significantly to the
company's growth over the past three
months.
The
company's success can be attributed to
providing flexible software solutions
that allow an organization’s experts
and/or policy managers to define content
policies and then provide a solution to
validate compliance with these policies.
For example, customers such as
Department of the Navy and Commerce One,
required solutions that could integrate
seamlessly into their web development
environments and scale to meet the
scanning requirements of their large

Survey-NBII program have expanded their
contracts with HiSoftware to further
